Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. on the petition of Brad & Nancy Hubbard for an appeal of a Cease & Desist Order for violation of Section III “uses” in a Residential-Agricultural zoning district. The order was issued by the zoning enforcement officer dated February 18, 2015. An appeal is allowed by Princeton Zoning Bylaw Section VIII, 2., (C). Property is located at 154 Houghton Road, Assessors Map #13, Lot 32. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
